Correspondence about PT-141
A disagreement with an interpretation can be useful. A correction to a fact is better still.
Research corrections
A useful note identifies the page, the sentence and the source that challenges it. A claim tied to the wrong population, a score detached from its scale, or a sentence that outruns its paper is enough reason for me to reopen it. The reading list may help locate the source.
For a correction, the page path and disputed wording are enough to identify the issue. A paper title or source link makes the objection easier to assess. Private medical records add nothing to that task.
Medical correspondence
Choosing a dose, interpreting symptoms and arranging prescriptions all require clinical care that I cannot provide. A message here creates no clinical relationship. Questions about an individual’s treatment need a licensed clinician familiar with their health; correspondence about the published record can stay here.
